Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
Some items in our store are marked "Coming soon" and can be reserved before they're in stock. This policy explains how reservations work and how you can cancel them.
Reserving a "Coming soon" item
When you reserve an item, you check out as usual and we store your card details securely with our payment provider. Nothing is charged at checkout. Your order will show as "Payment pending" until we take payment.
When the item is about to arrive, we'll email you before we charge your card. The email will include:
- The amount we'll charge
- The deadline to cancel
- How to cancel
- If you don't cancel by the deadline, we'll charge the card you used at checkout for the price shown in your order, then send your item.
If the payment doesn't go through, we'll email you a link so you can pay another way. We won't send a reserved item until it has been paid for.
Cancelling a reservation
You can cancel a reservation at any time before we charge your card, free of charge. To cancel, send us a message through our Contact us page with your order number. We'll confirm the cancellation by email. We'll confirm the cancellation by email. Because nothing has been charged, there's nothing to refund.
If the release is delayed, or we can't get the item, we'll let you know. If we can't supply it, we'll cancel your reservation. Either way, you won't be charged.
Orders with reserved and in-stock items
If your order also has items that are in stock, those are paid for at checkout as normal. Only the reserved items are charged later.
After you've been charged
Once we've charged your card, the order can no longer be cancelled as a reservation. Your statutory rights still apply: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
